Hello,
I play at the raffle window and I don't necessarily pay attention if I get all the points I bet on if I lose even if sometimes I have doubts. But today I'm on there are bets that haven't been refunded, so either I won and I'm not aware of them and having no message telling me that I lost and the questions I'm asking myself are
Where are my points? How do I get my points back?
