Hello I noticed that some people ( most of them) with next to their icons a number (often hundreds) surrounded by yellow and purple, would it be possible for someone to explain to me what this corresponds to, cordially ,scouic

The number in the oval below the avatar is the number of badges we have on madwin. If the person does not have a number, it is because the player can be on quoverbis and/or cadovillage and/or madloto, but not on madwin.
