already to answer sincara, you can actually exchange your winnings on the Sweepstake Showcase for points as long as they have not yet been validated by the administrators and you have at least one DreamCard Silver Dreamcard thanks to which you benefit from this advantage.

As for you luffy123, you have nothing to Confirm. It is the administrators who must Confirm your prize. Feel free to contact Customer Service to find out how far you have come in sending your winnings. They can provide you with information.

Hello, I just won the draw! But when I go into the tracking of my winnings it says that the prize is not sent! Will it soon be sent to my home or do I have to Confirm something on the site? Thank you for your Help
