Hello,

Not knowing where to report this problem and having already contacted the customer service who told me that it is not the subject of a claim, I post it here.

There, every day, we have 15 free spins, and like last Saturday, today, I did not get the 15 free spins.

Is a bug, knowing that I did not use them since nonexistent.

I would like more details and this bug is corrected in the rules, it is not indicated that Saturday is excluded free spins.

Exactly I looked in the history, but it is true if no part is credited because of a bug, we can not play them and so the game will not be in the history.
It should also have a history of free spins like boosters and credits paid.

you still have to talk about it, anyway, this site is one of the few rather generous and honest gaming sites I know now.

This is not a claim but a simple request for explanation and a bug report.

It must have happened to me once or twice, but since these are free games, it does not lend much to consequence, better to drop and apply more the next day, it is not very serious.

I think customer service will not answer you because you do not buy credit just like me.
I have not encountered this problem until now.
