I won a Wire € thanks to the Super Super Gagnant I would like to convert it into points but when I convert I have this word that appears: "you don't have the DreamCard DreamCard Silver Superior Status. You must have acquired at least DreamCard Silver status to be able to perform this action.

Someone could explain to me what these statutes are.
