: it seems that when this bonus is discovered by a participant all those who have an active shuttle also wins boosters games if I am wrong, please tell me 😔 (maybe I misunderstood!!)
my little story: I have an active shuttle on the cash planet game, and no more booster games when the bonus "boosters games" is found by a participant, and those of then 2 weeks or more! After contacting the customer service they didn't find anything abnormal about it and even specified that my last games won with this game were on June 30th.
So since June 30, 11 no bonus boosters games have been won (if I start from what I understood, of course!!!!!) do you have
an active shuttle on this game? are you in the same situation as me? there is til vaiment no bonus "boosters" of discovery, or have I really understood nothing about the rules of this game!!!!!!!!! thank you for answering me
The web responded on the wall on 05/08: "the bug concerning the Booster Parties on Cash Planet, Cash Ranger and London Treasures has been fixed. Please note that the Booster bonus rule has been changed following this correction and only applies to shuttles, bags or briefcases that have been active for less than 7 days! For compensation following this bug, it's to be discussed on a case-by-case basis with Customer Service."
little answer for majavo: just choose the "other" section I made the same reflection and they answered me that the game being still quite recent has not yet been added in the proposals of the list of games to select I

On game 293 started today 04/08 at 15h25, a player triggered the bonus booster and nothing in my history, no game booster 🙁n): My shuttle is valid until 30/07/2021, so it is less than a week old, I would also like to understand...
have to try, but I am therefore obliged to recharge my account, therefore to pay when I do it only once a month ,big maximum and that I have already done for the month of July, so they will have won at least on this point!!!!!!!
Moreover, where would it be written that our shuttle can only "receive" the boosters of the bonus boosters for one week??

cricri04, finally a glimmer of explication👏 Explanation that customer service, after several messages from me, was not able to give me! Their answers being: To this day your shuttle is no longer valid, it must be cashed or emptied to be able to touch the boosters again I can tell them that my shuttle is active until June 2021 (extract copy of my shuttle) and that according to their rules the shuttle is valid 3650 days, nothing is done, I must empty or cashed my shuttle, without any additional explanation! Basically makes it a point that's all!!!!😥 I WANT COMPRENDRE😂
