I was wrong heading, so I resume my message here.
Yesterday I bought 65 credits for 15 €. For lack of time I used two or three.I left it thus 62 or 63. This morning to celebrate Friday the 13th, my meter is at 0.
If someone can give me an explanation? Thank you in advance.

Credits have no expiry date. In your history you can see your purchases and uses; ,Contact customer service who will credit them back to you
