Hello everyone

I am writing this little message to say that I have been watching my Rounds evaporate for several days due to an error. Indeed, when playing the different games offered, when the time comes to convert the score into points, a small message appears indicating that an error has occurred and I am asked to restart the game later. That's what I'm doing. But I am told that I no longer have any Rounds, not only do I lose points but also my Rounds. The only thing possible is the booster rounds, so do you have to pay to be able to Play games that are supposed to be free?
