can exchange your gifts in madpoints when its statur is "pending". once
your gift is validated, you can no longer do it. if
you really don't want to receive your gift and you really want to exchange it for points, send a message to the service that will do it. have a nice

Hi!
it's my 10th day of dreamcard money and I was able to exchange my first four gifts in madpoints, but recently I can't even do it anymore once validated, there's a message saying there's no gift to exchange and yet this is not the case in reality.
Has this ever happened to you?

The dream card, does it cost anything? Re-🙋 ! To obtain the Silver DreamCard, you must have acquired at least 300 Credits. As long as you do not have it, any gift you win (tombola or other) will be sent to you. Have a good evening.

jpm has told you, you can go directly to Les Vitrines cadeaux from 36200 pts = the bottle opener or Les Vitrines Tombolas.
However, the gift exchange is only possible when you have the Silver DreamCard.

For very few points you can win gifts at the raffle. The first gift is at 3210 pts. If you lose, your points are refunded. If you win, you can keep or exchange the gift for points. All gifts accessible directly with points are in the window
