I put this message because, I was worried lately about Madgames. I sent 3 messages to customer service, ending up giving them my Madwin nickname, ... and explaining that I had already been checked a few months ago. The SC replied that I had been randomly selected for this check and, indeed, having already provided the requested documents on their other sites, it automatically validated my gifts won.
Since then, I have no more worries
But, it's a pity that the customer service does not ask for these papers at registration for example, because it is crazy the number of people who ask the question on this famous NA (especially on the wall of MAdgames).
