I am in the same case... I have 13 gifts on standby with the notion #N/A#. (9 on madwin and 4 on cadovillage). but also, I don't have a clear answer from customer service. However, I have received some gifts since then so I don't understand.

I still have 2 gifts in #NA for months, despite several relaunch to the SC, still nothing ... yet I have received another gift at home since, so misunderstanding πŸ™

That said, I have gifts dating back to the end of 2010 that are still in # NA # and the customer service tells me they are transmitting to know why, but their response is already 1 month and no action. However in the meantime I won other gifts and some were sent to me, others are still in # NA #, it is to understand nothing!

Can we afford to send them iteratively copy of our ID card with our nickname noted on it? In doubt it is perhaps why it stuck?

Ah, this famous screwdriver kit, we will remember!

I put this message because, I was worried lately about Madgames. I sent 3 messages to customer service, ending up giving them my Madwin nickname, ... and explaining that I had already been checked a few months ago. The SC replied that I had been randomly selected for this check and, indeed, having already provided the requested documents on their other sites, it automatically validated my gifts won.

Since then, I have no more worries

But, it's a pity that the customer service does not ask for these papers at registration for example, because it is crazy the number of people who ask the question on this famous NA (especially on the wall of MAdgames).

Flavie78710, persists with customer service, in case ..... But, if you decide to send docs, think to put your nickname 😎

Remember the famous screwdriver kit !! I had this # N / A a lot of time! The customer service answered me then:

Each gain must go through a validation phase by our administrators before being sent. When the status of your gift is '#NA', it means that our administrator has not yet validated it.

As soon as this is done, your batch can then be scheduled for our next mailing session.
