News on the front of the technical problems we encountered during the day of November 09: - First of all, they are now fully resolved, which is good news in itself! - Then, please do not overwhelm the customer service department with reminders. All requests will be processed in order and you should all receive a response by mid-week at the latest. - The Challenges and MegaChallenge were all drawn on the morning of 11/11. - All the Tombola Showcases were correctly reimbursed and drawn on 10/11. As such, please remember that since 05/11, you can only validate one request per tombola and not one request per day and per tombola. - We maintain until next Wednesday included, i.e. 17/11 included, the automatic validation of Tic Tac Showcases. - Credits purchased through the Credit Showcases have all been credited to your accounts if you are concerned and this from the evening of 05/11.
