I give you an example:

-I won at the last raffle, the mini children's notebook. I had bet 8.460 Pts.
-In Cadovillage's Gift Shop, you can get it for 62,100 Points .

-If I decide to receive it and I saved a lot of points if I had to buy it.
-If I exchange it. Madwin offers me 32,292 Pts to cumulate on my kitty and not 62,100 Pts, the real value on the shop. That is the markup stated above.

This is the case for all gifts won on the site. You can exchange them but at a lower value than the purchase. (DreamCard minimum money)

it is in fact the exchange of gifts won in points, a benefit related to DreamCard. Owners of a Diamond DreamCard benefit from a preferential exchange rate, which is what claudie92 calls the premium rate!

This is the case for many players now.

Regarding the Tombolas Showcases, this happened several times in recent months and the problem was quickly resolved. Regarding the gifts won, the Customer Service has your complete history and access to your account. This is only a display problem but you can send them a request. They can reassure you. Your gifts will be shipped quickly.
