So I sympathize greatly with your pain. All the last orders placed (3, I believe) did not land in my mailbox. I think some of them must have helped themselves well in the process....

It was sent on July 3rd! And still nothing to date!
My customer adviser is on holiday! and I am waiting for her return to see what action they will take! and what the post office will do (because EUX will also have to compensate Madwin) but now I am serious against the post office

understand your anger against the post office, unfortunately it is not safe from malicious intent sometimes... but I hope for your sake that you have received your package. On another site (Quoverbis) 100O packages had disappeared and there I take my hat off to them because they compensated me... and I still received my gift.
Madwin also has this "policy" of commercial offer from which I also benefited 😉 Long
