had already answered this question previously: we offer you this possibility not to keep your gifts and to obtain another of your choice, however this possibility is indeed subject to a discount depending on the gifts. The discount takes into account several parameters, including of course logistical costs. Since the implementation of this system, we have also introduced the direct choice of the gift on "Cache-A-Lot" (game on which the requests for exchange were the most numerous) which allows to choose a gift directly without going through a discount, therefore without penalizing the players.
