I have the same problem, 🙋 the customer service answered me not to worry they are still solving the problem!!!!! ahhhhhhhhh😀😀 you have to wait courage😀
Since at least November, I have been sending messages to customer service because I no longer receive the Sponsor a Friend points. Similarly, a friend tried to register by putting my nickname and then my email address and he gets an error message saying that I don't exist. WHAT MORE TO DO?????
