much as I can understand your disappointment at not being able to cancel your order in time, so much I am surprised by your anger, it is well the first time that we are accused of sending a gift too quickly!

It so happens that you ordered your gift on Sunday. As we do as much as possible for gifts ordered in store, we sent it the next morning, even before Customer Service could process your message, so there was nothing we could do from a "logistics" point of view.

We are very sorry that you could not cancel this gift in time but once again, we have done what all our players want, and what makes us famous, as you mention: send you your gift as soon as possible to satisfy you.

As for the fact that Customer Service could not answer you in time, it is quite simply that our customer service representatives, based in France, are like everyone else at rest (well deserved) on weekends!

With all our understanding once again, we still hope that you will be happy to receive your gift!

Here, I ordered a gift by mistake because I couldn't validate the queues, I thought I could validate in this way, I didn't realize that I ordered!!!within 10 minutes, so I cancelled this unwanted order!!!so I couldn't be faster!!this morning, so two days later I was told that it's impossible because this gift was sent.............on 29!!!!you will understand my anger, because I intended these madpoints to acquire a much more interesting gift!!!!I wanted to pass on this message cer this is really intolerable on behalf of this site which enjoys a beautiful reputation, but here, I guarantee you, they really disappoint me!I hope they will reconsider their decision!especially that this false manipulation would not have happened if the site had worked correctly last Sunday!!! I repeat it, who cares??
